Mammoth West Condos General information and Policies
- Mammoth West is a non-smoking facility. No smoking in any buildings.
- Check-in not guaranteed until after 4 p.m. Checkout: 10 a.m. Extra charge for late checkout, only with prior approval from office. No refund for early departures.
- Minimum rental: Two days (varies during holiday periods)
- Deposit: Non-refundable without 30 days' prior cancellation notice.
- Deposit: Winter = full amount. Summer = 50%. Deposits due 30 days prior to arrival.
- $50 service charge for all refundable deposits
- $25 service charge for all reservation changes, when applicable.
- Security/damage deposit: Required upon check-in (open credit card draft or cash)
- We accept Visa and MasterCard only. A 3% processing fee will be added for credit-card transactions.
- Vehicles: Two cars/condo permitted. All vehicles are required to display valid parking permit at all times.
- No motorhomes, trailers or RV vehicles. Additional parking is not available.
- NO PETS - NO EXCEPTIONS!
